The installation we're testing right now binds Farpointe Conekt into three systems property managers run separately today — food lockers, ID pre-check, and building access. Same smartphone wallet, same physical card or fob, same audit trail. Sentinel is the broker in the middle.

Customer pre-pays, locker assigned, Conekt credential provisioned. Resident or guest taps the same fob, card or phone at the locker reader — dwell time, temperature, and pickup confirmed.

2 · ID Pre-Check
Before the door, lobby kiosk or Sentinel cam fuses government ID + facial match + watch-list lookup against the credential bound to the Conekt wallet. Cleared, the credential is hot for the next 30 seconds.

3 · Building Access
Same credential unlocks the lobby, elevator floor, unit door and parking gate — tenant rules and time windows enforced at the edge. If pre-check fails upstream, the building reader never even sees a present credential.

Our remote web-based system works with traditional brick-and-mortar legacy systems. ASI 360 Sentinel is an API layer over your existing Farpointe / Keri / Keyscan deployments — issue codes, verify IDs, passports, leases, run 360 tours, then revoke. Nothing rips, everything connects.
Network-token credentials
Mission: sell more readers than fobs. Credentials become network-authentication tokens issued on demand — bound to a phone, an ID, a lease window, or a tour reservation. The reader stays, the credential rotates. Required for more doors, not less.
CalRHA pilot — June / July
Beta pilot at a small number of CalRHA member properties end of June / July. Goal: validation, then activation on the CalRHA preferred-vendor software list. NAA channel conversations open in parallel.
