The Origin
"I have a house I want to rent. Can we do something for the military?"
That's how it started. The owner — a property investor in Phenix City — had bought 1910 Kittrell Drive after a renovation, and was sitting on a Fort Moore-adjacent asset with no plan beyond a Furnished Finder listing. He had ideas about military tenants. He didn't have an ecosystem.
We didn't just build him a website. We saw a category. PCS soldiers, AIT trainees, TDY assignments — they're underserved by every existing platform. So we created the ecosystem: landing pages by intent, phone-system integration, automation scripts, blog content, mapping engines, lead capture — everything that makes finding, vetting, and booking the property frictionless from the soldier's phone. Then we put his name on the brand.
